In accordance with Section 17 of the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), we process your personal data for the following lawful purposes: (a) to provide, operate, and maintain our services; (b) to process and manage project briefs submitted by prospective and existing clients; (c) to communicate with you regarding projects, support requests, and service updates; (d) to issue invoices and process payments; (e) to improve our platform and user experience; (f) to comply with legal and regulatory obligations under Ghanaian law.

We process your data on one or more of the following bases as permitted by the Data Protection Act, 2012: (a) your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; (b) performance of a contract to which you are a party; (c) compliance with a legal obligation; (d) our legitimate interests, provided these do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with: (a) our internal team members and assigned project staff who need access to deliver services; (b) trusted third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics) who are contractually bound to protect your data; (c) regulatory or law enforcement authorities when required by Ghanaian law or court order.
